Explain:
1. When designing soft-start system, factors such as motor rated voltage, rated power, power grid capacity and load type should be considered comprehensively. The following system diagram only illustrates the small and medium power motor as an example. When the motor power is large, the vacuum contactor in the diagram should be designed as a vacuum circuit breaker, and the number of cabinets will increase accordingly.
2. Star point cabinet should be added when motor power > 2000KW.
